LIVERMORE, Calif. – November 28, 2022 – Topcon Positioning Group has announced a partnership with the International Union of Operating Engineers (IUOE). The agreement will provide the IUOE International Training & Education Center (ITEC) with a variety of Topcon equipment, training and other services, in order to provide IUOE trainees with some of the most advanced geo-positioning and machine control experience in the industry.
As part of the agreement, Topcon will provide, install and support dozer, grader and excavator machine control solutions, GNSS base and rover kits, lasers and receivers, as well as regular field service, training and consulting, repairs, extended warranties, access to Topcon eLearning resources through myTopcon, the myTopcon NOW! app and more.
Topcon will also offer substantial standardized discounts on construction positioning products for all local IUOE unions, including machine control solutions, lasers, GNSS receivers and optical equipment.
