Topcon Europe Positioning is running the 'For Work That Matters - Farm Video Award' promotion from Nov. 10, 2023 to Jun. 30, 2024.

Participation in the "For Work That Matters-Farm Video Award" promotion is free and voluntary.
General eligibility:
This action is open to legally competent persons with a registration address in Europe who run or are employed on a farm or contracting company. Participants in the promotion must be at least 18 years old and can participate on behalf of the farm. Employees and staff of Topcon Europe and its associated companies, company employees, etc. are excluded from participation.
Prerequisites:
Participants will have the opportunity to win the production of a professional image video on site for their farm or contracting company (owned or employed by them). The video will be produced on site in coordination with the commissioned service provider and subsequently made available to the winner, including all exploitation rights.
Topcon reserves the right to use the video on its own promotional channels.
Winner determination:
Eligible participants who have submitted their contact information/application on the website during the promotion period will automatically be entered into the promotion. Deadline for entries is 30/06/2024, 11:59pm. Two video productions will be awarded. Winners will be selected from all eligible entrants by a panel of expert judges before 31/07/2024. The prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable. Cash payment is also not possible.
Multiple entries do not increase the chances of winning. Similarly, the purchase of Topcon products or services will not affect the outcome of the competition.
By participating, the participant grants Topcon the right to use submitted material also for its own business purposes - which concerns in particular marketing and PR measures (online/offline). The right to use the right to one's own image or any persons depicted is also transferred to Topcon with the submitted images.
The winners will be notified by e-mail. Subsequently, the date for the video shooting will be determined. There will be a preliminary meeting before the actual shooting date.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days after sending the prize notification or if no response is received due to technical problems (incorrect e-mail address, etc.), the claim to the prize shall lapse. In this case, Topcon is entitled to reallocate the prize.
Special Notes:
Topcon reserves the right to suspend or terminate the promotion at any time. We reserve the right to make changes to the procedure, the conditions of participation or the promotion as a whole. The legal process is excluded. It is possible to exclude individual participants from the promotion on the basis of false statements or violations of the conditions of participation, etc.
