Roller Management System

The Topcon Roller Management System (RMS) provides accurate and validated work through high-quality documentation. At its core, the system includes a cutting-edge controller and a rugged android tablet, which receives CORS Network corrections such as Topnet Live. The RMS features modular components that can be tailored to your specific machines and project needs, incorporating full constellation GNSS receiver. For enhanced connectivity, it can be supplemented with a radio modem for local base stations or a 360° prism for LPS. You can easily connect with a roller’s built-in OEM sensors or add compaction and asphalt temperature sensors, with all data seamlessly captured in Sitelink3D. This setup enables quick connectivity for effortless as-built data transfers, smooth roller-to-roller communication, and reliable remote support. For final reporting, you can directly import data into Veta or generate reports in Sitelink3D for pass counts, stiffness, and temperature.
