Topcon Positioning GB has solidified its commitment to customers and partners for its quality of service and products, by improving its management systems to align to the requirements of the internationally recognised ISO 9001-2015 standard, accredited by the British Standards Institute (BSI).
The accreditation means the business, headquartered in Tamworth and operational across the country, operates a quality management system in line with BSI standards. The award relates to Topcon’s supply, maintenance, training and product support for high precision measurement technology, software and data.
The process of achieving the standard saw the business introduce new integrated management systems, meaning all staff can now work and live the brand’s values and mission while customers can expect an advanced service and experience with Topcon.

The ISO 9001-2015 standard also means the business will be able to join partners in larger project tenders where the accreditation is often a pre-requisite.
