3D laser scanning opens up a wide new approach to carry out land surveys, enabling every site features to be captured incredibly quickly. The GLS-2000 series of scanners can scan up to 500m in any direction at over 100,000 points per second. In a few minutes a precise point cloud of your topo can be obtained with around 6mm accuracy. When used with MAGNET Collage software, the GLS-2000 provides you with a single solution to capture, visualize, and create a CAD model for as-built surveys on various project sites with an unmatched combination of speed, accuracy, and detail.

Three GLS-2000 available based on the range requirements of the target application. You can choose the optimal scanning speed / range based on site conditions on a scan-by-scan basis. Each measurement mode setting allows you to achieve specified accuracies on just a single pass, reducing overall time per station setup. Collecting digital scan data eliminates the human error associated with traditional survey methods and the speed of collection far outstrips that of a traditional Total Station survey. Take advantage of MAGNET Field software's exclusive feature to seamlessly switch from either optical or GNSS measurements - all from the single tap of the screen.

Both standalone RTK and network rover systems as well as robotic total stations have the opportunity to be fully promoted to Hybrid Positioning mode to get the most out of your investment.  A complete Hybrid Positioning system is simply the addition of a small GNSS receiver to your robotic setup or the usage of a robotic system with your GNSS rover.

Conditions on project sites often change.  During a Hybrid session, the system automatically maintains communication to both the robotic total station as well as the GNSS receiver on top.

This constant dual communication provides you the time saving feature of Hybrid Lock.  The system “knows“ the location of the receiver and quickly calls the instrument to reacquire prism lock.  Keeping you productive no matter what the site throws at you.
