- The Merge DTM function allows the user to combine multiple DTM surfaces within one.
- The surfaces can be in different projects, but they must all be open to perform this function.
- Click the Merge DTM button to open the menu.
- Select the DTM surfaces from this menu.
- The largest DTM should be selected as the existing, as this will be used as the base DTM for the merge.
- Select the other DTM from the same or other projects.
- Enter a name for the final combination of the surfaces
- Click OK, once all selections have been made
- To view the final product
- View Tab -> Features -> Surface Viewer
- Select the DTM name
- Click OK
