Software Online Activation
Like any other Topcon software solution MAGNET Explorer can be activated using two different procedures. Topcon distinguishes between an Online and an Offline activation:
- Online Activation: An internet connection and MAGNET Enterprise credentials are needed
- Offline Activation: An Activation Code from MAGNET Enterprise is needed
This lesson focuses on performing an Online Activation, which is the preferred and faster activation procedure.
- On the MAGNET Explorer home screen click on Activate license
- Choose Online
- Click Next
- Enter your MAGNET Enterprise credentials
- Click Next
- Enter your Serial Number
- Specify the Device ID
- Click Next
Note:
You can choose between your computer´s device id or the device id from your network card. Both enable the generation of a unique activation code
- Check the box to accept the terms of the license agreement
- Click I Accept
- The activation was successful
- The License field shows Product is licensed for use
