MAGNET Field: How to output NMEA messages from a rover receiver

This quick guide shows you the steps for outputting NMEA messages from your rover receiver.

Adding NMEA output to your existing configuration

To add NMEA output, go to Configure > Survey > Edit.

Click Next until you reach the Rover Receiver page.

Select your desired receiver model. In this example, it is a GR-5, but this workflow applies to a HiPer HR and HiPer VR.

Click on Peripherals.

Check the NMEA Ports box, and set it to the number of desired ports.

These are NMEA messages supported by Topcon.
