Please try to avoid sending large data files to these addresses, use FTP instead (see below). If your mail (including all the attachments) will be larger than 5Mb, it will not be accepted by our mail server. Note, that due to a special encoding used to send e-mail attachments, the size of an attachment is approximately 1.5 times bigger that the original file size.

If you need to send us big data files for analysis and trouble shooting, you may upload them to our FTP server. To obtain access to this server you should first contact the Topcon Support Group Division responsible for your support matter. These email addresses are listed above.
