MAGNET Project: Printing a Gantt schedule

A Gantt schedule is a chart that uses horizontal bars to display different tasks within a project.

Gantt charts can be used to graph the start and end dates of a project, the different tasks within a project, and how much time is planned for each task.

    Steps for printing out a Gantt schedule

    1. Open MAGNET Project
    2. Navigate to Home > Gantt view. Adjust the window size of the task list and the bar chart view according to what is preferred to appear on the printout.
    3. Go to File > Print. Select the printer or saving method from the preview window, and print the document to the desired location.
