MAGNET Enterprise: Real Time Setup For MAGNET Tools

Using Real time MAGNET Enterprise Function with MAGNET Tools and MAGNET Field

  • MAGNET Enterprise Real time feature requires the use of MAGNET Field with MAGNET Tools. It enables MAGNET Field to transfer topo shots to MAGNET Tools in real time. An Internet connection is required for both MAGNET Field and MAGNET Tools.
  • Click Connect on home screen.
  • Switch to Enterprise tab.
  • Input login credentials.
  • Click Connect.
  • You may click on Connect to project dropdown which lists all available projects.
  • You may also click + icon highlighted by # 2 to create new project.
  • When you click + icon, it take you to a page where you are required to name new project. Enter the name and click green check mark.
  • Select the newly created project from the dropdown to connect to project and click home icon.
  • In MAGNET Tools, switch to Enterprise tab and click Login.
  • Enter your login credentials and click Login.
  • Once logged in, click on Connect to Project. A new window will appear.
  • Select the same project as selected in MAGNET Field and click Connect.
  • Once connection to project is established, click on Real Time. A new window will appear.
  • Highlight your username and click Attach.
  • Real time setup has now been completed. The picture shows that when a point is recorded in MAGNET Field, it is transferred over to MAGNET Tools in real time.
