Adjusting Flash settings for MAGNET Enterprise
Some users may experience difficulties getting widgets to load in MAGNET Enterprise. Typically, this is due to the user’s Flash settings and can be easily adjusted in Chrome by doing the following:
- Go to the address bar of your browser. In the leftmost part of the address bar, you should see a padlock with the word Secure.
- Click on the padlock.
- You will see an icon for Flash. Click on the option to the right and choose "Always Allow on This Site"
- The page will reload, and the user should now be able to access the contents of the widgets without issue.
