Topcon COVID-19 Statement
With the uncertainty surrounding Coronavirus (COVID–19), we have updated our business continuity plan to cover all the possible scenarios that we may face as a nation in the coming weeks and months. The health and safety of our customers and employees are of the utmost importance, and we continue to monitor both Government and World Health Organisation (WHO) updates.
While the UK government has issued orders restricting businesses operations, there are exemptions for essential businesses. Critical infrastructure sectors whose assets, systems, and networks are considered so vital that their incapacitation would have a debilitating effect on security, economic security, public health or safety.
Topcon, our suppliers, and customers operate in these critical infrastructure sectors and thus, are entitled to continue operations. We’re proud to help support the crucial efforts all construction companies are undertaking for millions of people around the country.
We would like to reassure you that we plan to continue to serve you and keep up support or supply as needed so that you can operate as best as possible under these circumstances. We aim to continue to fulfil your needs albeit in a different way where some patience may be needed.
