3D-MC: Dozer twin GPS antenna alignment

The twin antenna alignment calibration is a procedure which you should perform. The main steps are to adjust antenna slope and antenna alignment orientation with respect to the travel direction of the machine.

Put the machine on a flat, level surface.

Rotate the blade square to the machine body.

In 3D-MC, from the main plan view, click the Topcon icon to see the menu.

Select Control from the menu, and navigate to Antenna alignment.

Position the GPS pole vertically, so that the two antennas are level with zero slope.

In the Antenna Alignment screen, press Zero to complete the antenna slope calibration.

With the last same machine position and antennas aligned in a front-to-back direction, drive the machine in a straight line to establish machine orientation.

Press the Match button for Antenna orientation.

Now, antenna orientation matches machine orientation.

Press OK to complete the twin antenna alignment and return to the main screen.
