MAGNET Modeler is not a standalone product. It can be part of MAGNET Site, MAGNET Construction, or MAGNET Project.
MAGNET Modeler is a parametric modeling engine that creates VDC (virtual design and construction) models out of 2D and 3D CAD (computer-aided design) primitives—within minutes.
Based on a rule-based, parametric architecture, MAGNET Modeler makes traditionally time-consuming tasks automatic, which allows for cost efficient, professional quality design modeling, visualization, simulation, and analysis.
Together with its companion MAGNET Explorer, it provides construction and BIM workflows which have never been seen before.
MAGNET Modeler accesses entities such as points, linework, and surfaces inside the MAGNET office database, transforming them into real virtual models and sending them over to MAGNET Explorer. MAGNET Explorer, on the other hand, combines the model with additional trades like infrastructure, buildings, utilities, and structural designs into one multidisciplinary model. With all the project data in one single place, users can simulate, analyze, and manage complex projects, achieving almost errorless designs, continuous production, and, of course, time and cost savings.
