Topcon's Customer Service department is based in Livermore, California and services all product service, repair, replacement, and and warranty claims.

All products shipped to TPS for service must conform to our shipping policies and be accompanied by a pre-authorized and completed RMA form.

For directions on how to obtain Return Authorization prior to shipping, please follow these instructions.

Alternatively, qualified dealers may be reimbursed for repairing products locally that conform to the terms and conditions of Topcon's Warranty and Dealer Warranty Reimbursement Program.

Service on non-warrantied products shipped to TPS for service are subject to TPS' Repair Estimate Policy.

Repair parts may be obtained by following these instructions.

Please try to avoid sending large data files to these addresses, use FTP instead (see below). If your mail (including all the attachments) will be larger than 5Mb, it will not be accepted by our mail server. Note, that due to a special encoding used to send e-mail attachments, the size of an attachment is approximately 1.5 times bigger that the original file size.

If you need to send us big data files for analysis and trouble shooting, you may upload them to our FTP server. To obtain access to this server you should first contact the Topcon Support Group Division responsible for your support matter. These email addresses are listed on the "technical support" contact page.

If you are uncertain about which Support Group Division supports your technical matter, e-mail support@topcon.com with the description of the problem and a list of problem files.
