Updates and Upgrades are made by means of the utility software PC-CDU. PC-CDU Lite is available for free in the software Utilities section, and has less abilities. PC-CDU is a more robust interface available as an upgrade in the Software Download section, with added options such as real time logging and Internet, or Server log on capabilities. GPS

All Topcon GPS+ receivers come pre-installed with software, from here on described as the Option Authorization File, or OAF, designed for the specific use of that particular model. Most commonly this OAF is administered by Topcon at the time of purchase. Topcon GPS+ receivers also come pre-installed with the latest Firmware, which is frequently updated and versions are published in the Firmware section of Software Downloads.
