Taylor joins TPA as customer support manager for Australia, APAC regions

ADELAIDE, Australia –

Topcon Precision Agriculture (TPA) has hired Alan Taylor as manager of customer support for the Australia and APAC regions.  He will be located in Adelaide, reporting to Michael Bourke, TPA director of sales.

Taylor most recently worked as an operations supervisor and manager for Star Track Express, a leading freight and logistics provider.  In his new position, Taylor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of TPA internal staff to meet the needs of dealers and customers.

Bourke said, “Alan is an experienced manager and supervisor who will excel at TPA with his attention to detail and determination to see that systems and processes are executed efficiently.  Alan is committed to seeing that the needs of the customer are given top priority, and we are excited to bring him on board.”

Of his new position, Taylor said, “TPA is a rapidly growing company and I look forward to the fast-paced environment and challenges ahead.  I will work to ensure that TPA customers, dealers and partners receive the highest level of sales and service support on the wide-range of precision agriculture products.  We will work closely as a team to provide training and support and maintain and improve efficiencies in all areas.”
